RBC Lease Renewal Approved

We are thrilled that the Bernards Township Committee unanimously approved an ordinance allowing for the renewal of Ridge Baseball Club’s lease for the Complex located at 3539 Valley Road in Basking Ridge, for a 20 year term through May 2044, including our requested amendments regarding light usage.

We are incredibly grateful to Mayor Andrew McNally for his leadership and extremely thankful for the hard work and support of the entire Township Committee, including Deputy Mayor Jennifer Asay, Township Committeeman James Baldassare, Jr., Township Committeewoman Janice Fields and Township Committeeman Gary Bauman.

As an organization, RBC is committed to providing an unparalleled baseball experience to the children of Bernards Township and we are extremely proud of the Ridge Baseball Club Complex. The lease renewal will allow us to continue to provide this vital community service to the next generation of ball players. We take our role as stewards of the Complex quite passionately and we will continue to be good neighbors to the surrounding communities and all of Bernards Township.
